Using

The Medallion is one of the items that can be accessed in the Tool Wheel, or 'Q' Menu. After selecting it and holding down the action key, you can enter the Medallion.

It is the central device used to store your three primary spirits you will be traveling with. It is also the place where you will level your spirits when the adequate amount of XP has been gained, and where you will feed your spirits whenever they need to be healed, buffed, or given a Talisman.

Obtaining

You receive the Medallion from your Mother during the tutorial level of Moonstone Island.
