Using

The Teleporter is one of the items that can be accessed in the Tool Wheel, or 'Q' Menu. For the cost of 30 stamina, it will allow you to instantly teleport a moderate amount regardless of any elevation barriers or empty sky along the path.

Obtaining

The Teleporter is obtainable in the Winter Temple after the first offering and successfully finishing the first Spirit encounter battle there.
