Holographic Spirits
While exploring in Moonstone Island, you might just come across a Holographic Spirit! These spirits have an alternate color palette compared to their regular versions, ranging from slight differences to complete recolors. This also causes the spirits to occasionally give off a shimmer effect. The odds of finding one in game are about 0.2% (1/500), and any catchable spirit in game can show up as a holographic. In addition to the cosmetic differences holographic spirits will occasionally get an additional stat point on level up. The extra stats gained add up quickly, and will often make using holographic spirit well worth it if you are so lucky as to find one.
Holographic Spirits can be found as overworld sprites, hatched from Spirit Eggs, and as support spirits for any battle.
