Sigil Chalk can be crafted at the Moonstone Enchanter once the recipe is unlocked. However, Sigil Chalk cannot be used for anything in the current version of the game as of the time of this writing (November 2023). The developers cut this feature from the game but left the corresponding visuals in the game for flavor and immersion purposes. The feature may return in a future version of the game, or it may be removed entirely.
Either way, Sigil Chalk is currently useless.
