The Science Center is one of the main buildings on Moonstone Island, operated by Zed. Its primary function is facilitating The Alchemist's Spirit Research, for which Zed provides payment based on data collected for each species of Spirit encountered, banished, or tamed. The Center also houses a 
Spirit Storage terminal, allowing access to the Spirit Storage System to view and manage any tamed Spirit not currently in the 
Medallion or the 
Spirit Barn. Zed's residence is located on the top floor of the building.
When inside the Science Center, Zed will purchase Spirit Resources at a rate 1.5 times their value at the 
Sell Crate. The glass display cases throughout the building can be filled with a sample of the first Spirit Resource of each type that The Alchemist sells directly to Zed. Additionally, one of the unlockable Home designs available for crafting at the 
Moonstone Enchanter is modeled after the Science Center, the 
Science Center Home.
