Spirit Resources are items that can be produced by Spirits living in a Spirit Barn. There is a chance they will spawn overnight each night and will be sitting in front of the Spirit when you first enter the Barn the next day. You can slightly increase their drop chance by brushing Spirits with a Spirit Brush.
Uses
One of each type of Spirit Resource is needed in order to complete the Quest "Spirit Research: Spirit Poop" for Zed. Spirit Resources are also required for a variety of crafting recipes. You can sell excess Spirit Resources with the Sell Crate, or to Zed when he's behind the counter of the Science Center for 1.5 times the Sell Crate price.
