Tools

In Moonstone Island, there are a variety Tools that can be found or crafted. Once in your possession, tools can be viewed and equipped from the Tool Wheel, which is accessed by pressing and holding the 'Q' key on a keyboard. After the Tutorial, you will have six starting tools in your Tool Wheel. Additional tools can be crafted in the Crafting Menu or with a Moonstone Enchanter. Other tools will be given as gifts by NPCs or as rewards for completing quests.

Starting Tools

Starting Tools are in the Tool Wheel by default after you wake up in the Tavern on your first morning on the Island. With the exception of the Medallion, these tools can all be upgraded at the Smithy from their default forms to Reinforced (Copper), then Greater (Iron), and then finally to their Moonstone versions.

	Axe	Great for chopping down trees and collecting wood.
	Hammer	Smashes rocks into collectible-sized pieces.
	Hoe	Dig holes that are the perfect size for seeds and digging up treasure.
	Scythe	Can be used to cut down crops and harvest their seeds.
	Watering Can	Great for watering seeds.
	Medallion	A gate key to a pocket dimension wherein Spirits can be kept.

Crafted Tools

These tools can be crafted in either the Crafting menu or the Moonstone Enchanter once their blueprints have been obtained and their crafting recipes unlocked.

	Balloon	Used to travel between islands and over gaps in dungeons. Travels in the direction you're facing during take off. Not the fastest (or safest) way to fly, but it gets the job done.	Crafted in the Crafting Menu: 3 Cloth
	Broom	Great for hopping between islands. Pretty slow.	Crafted with a Moonstone Enchanter: 5 Wood; 2 Moonstones
	Glider	The main mode of transportation for any certified Alchemist. Much faster than a Broom.	Crafted with a Moonstone Enchanter: 50 Wood; 3 Iron Ingots; 3 Moonstone Ingots
	Spirit Brush	Used to brush Spirits and make them happy and fluffy. Buffs one random stat and increases chance to drop Spirit resources.	Crafted in the Crafting menu: 3 Wood, 3 Fibre

Other Tools

These tools must be found either by exploring the islands or by completing quests.

	Boomerang	Throw it to cut plants, stun Spirits or interact with various objects.	Reward next to the second offering table in the Fall Temple
	Teleporter	A magical stone that moves you. Throw it to transport to where it lands.	Reward next to the second offering table in the Winter Temple
	Dancing Shoes	Use anywhere to bust a move.	Given as a reward for completing the "Matchmaker: Rowan" quest
