The Reinforced Hoe is the upgraded version of the Hoe. Ferra requires 3 Copper Ingots and 2000 Coins to upgrade. It's used to dig two holes to plant seeds or discover buried treasures. It can be updated to a Greater Hoe at the Smithy.
A single use of the Hoe consumes 2 Stamina points.
